- By default, the ‘For All Customers’ option is selected, meaning that push notifications will be sent to all customers who have the selected card.
- If you want to send push notifications to a specific segment of customers, click the ‘Selected Segment’ button. This will reveal a dropdown from where you can define the segment by selecting a specific condition, such as the current number of uses, unused rewards, or stamps.
- The next dropdown allows you to choose the operator to define the condition.
- In the ‘count’ field, define the count of the selected condition.
- If you wish to schedule a push notification, check the ‘Schedule’ box. This will reveal a date/time selector where you can choose when you want the scheduled push notification to be sent.
